Yes, I was trying to solve this issue. I was able to figure out that the footnotes inside table are ignored and are parsed as regular content, due to which they are printed at foot-note marker position itself instead of bottom of the page. My idea was to understand how the reconstruction of html works in the library and try to update it to consider footnotes inside table as done in the other content of the document.
