OPD Token Management

New OPD Token

If it is a registered patient, you can do a quick search using the phone number; if not, enter patient information such as title, name, Date date of birth, gender, phone no., email, national ID, address and area.

Then select a doctor from doctor details.

Then select a counter and Press "Create Token" to receive an OPD token.

Manage OPD Tokens

Select the counter and press "Process Tokens" to view the token for that specific counter.

There are different actions for OPD tokens such as,

Call token Complete Service OPD billing for Cheshire OPD billing

The status of the token(Pending/Called/Completed) will be displayed along with the token number and patient name.

Called OPD Tokens

Waiting OPD tokens

Completed OPD Tokens

Once an OPD token is completed it will be listed under completed OPD tokens.

Actions available for called OPD tokens include call token and reverse completed service.
