I’m not sure whether we have any Korean speakers among the regular Bitcoin Core contributors, but the most likely way for this PR to get some traction would be for some other Korean speakers to review it. If it were Bitcoin Core contributors or other Bitcoin developers that would help add weight for any such reviews. |
