Engineered backend systems for Pakistan's national identity authority, relied upon daily by employees across the organization's nationwide operations. Architected an enterprise MFA gateway with dual-node LDAP failover and RFC 6238 TOTP sitting in front of NADRA's production Outlook Web Access, with a custom CAPTCHA engine and an automated SSO handshake into Exchange. Built a high-throughput document archival portal converting physical and scanned records into searchable database entries via a concurrent OCR ingestion pipeline (Tesseract, iText7) and a custom multi-keyword SQL Server search engine. Engineered and hardened a secure internal email portal over Exchange Web Services with AES-encrypted configurations, thread-safe account lockouts, and a centralized admin console for user and system management.
