feat: Add SchemaType and SchemaItemsType for Flag#2368

Use e.Get() type switch to determine the JSON Schema type for extFlag instead of always returning empty string.
Covers bool, string, float64, duration, timestamp, and unknown types to satisfy codecov patch check.
