ignorerules so blocked major-version bumps stop being re-proposed every cycle (they fail CI atnpm cion an ERESOLVE peer conflict and cannot be merged locally).@salesforce/eslint-config-lwcand@lwc/eslint-plugin-lwcstill pineslint@^9.
