lgtm overall but we shouldn't lock in the locale here
Before, some links to the support site generally linked to [support article] or [click here]. For accessibility and usability, it's better if links contain meaningful phrases. So here we now link to the the title like "For more information, see [What is IMAP?]" In these links, we use Sentence-case, to align with what support docs are moving towards.
