Adds Planesnitch to the Projects section (alphabetical, between PiSpot Watch and Planning lunch).
A self-hosted ADS-B service that uses an RTL-SDR dongle to alert you when interesting aircraft (military, government, emergency, or your own criteria) fly near one or more locations. Same RTL-SDR/Pi space as the existing PiAware and Stratux entries, but an alerting layer rather than a raw feeder.
