Adds amneziawg-installer to the Tools section.

It installs AmneziaWG 2.0 (a WireGuard fork with packet obfuscation that bypasses DPI) in one bash command on Ubuntu or Debian. v5.9.0 adds prebuilt kernel modules for Raspberry Pi 3/4/5, so the Pi doesn't have to compile the kernel module itself. MIT license.

Hey @thibmaek — friendly bump. PR's clean, mergeable, and AmneziaWG is the only working DPI-bypass option for ARM64 RPi users in regions where plain WireGuard gets blocked. ~306 stars, actively maintained. Let me know if anything needs adjustment.
