Config file loading now ignored whitespace placed either side of the equals. It doesn't ignore all whitespace, since whitespace may be desirable for some arguments (such as background image).

Config file loading now ignored whitespace placed either side of the equals. It doesn't ignore all whitespace, since whitespace may be desirable for some arguments (such as background image). This allows config files to add whitespace padding to make them more readable. Happy to make edits if my style doesn't conform.
