The documentation on folder structure looks good, but I think the image is kind of confusing and information overload. Can you put together something on Lucidchard, or a mermaid diagram or something? I think it could be significantly simpler, and it's meant for users that are nontechnical on the software side.
For the purposes of this PR, I would just remove the svg file and we can merge this in
