In addition to this, there was a typo in the SimpleMDE JavaScript file, where "Tootlip" was used (consistently). This was fixed as well. A demo of the functionality can be found at http://sweltering-verse.surge.sh

I tried to be as "accommodating" as I could when adding this, keeping existing components as intact as possible. Hopefully what I have is at least a good baseline on which improvements can be made.
