This composite geocoder has parcels and street centerline. As it is updated to remove and add new addresses, newer versions will, for the time being, come in at _vX increment.

Thanks @walker - we'll have to figure out why its breaking all of our continuous integration. Appreciate the heads up on this new service. Is it a batch system or a single address at a time system? |

This composite geocoder has parcels and street centerline and is more up-to-date than the one currently referenced.
GEOCODE folder on stlgis3 will be updated to remove and add new addresses, newer versions will, for the time being, come in at _vX increment, e.g. GEOCODE/COMPOSITEGEOCODE_v5, GEOCODE/COMPOSITEGEOCODE_v6, etc.
