That’s not an error. Apache 2.0 defines contributions in a useful way even if it’s not the licence we use. MIT does not define contributions. |

Adds a contribution notice (inspired by https://github.com/diondokter/device-driver/blob/e57f52a76418161cd513cc982f18c4e7883a0d99/CONTRIBUTING.md), and clarifies that the licence here is MIT (not MIT || Apache-2.0), as was recorded in the Cargo.toml file.
