This PR, adds support for Cloudflare R2 buckets within the file storage
file-storagepackage. It uses Cloudflare R2 bindings and implementsFileStorage. It hasget,set,put,has,removewhich is delete as well aslist. I did not include support for Multi Part Uploads.Included some tests inside
r2-file-storage.test.tsfor these I made aMockR2Bucketand the tests tried to copy what was done forlocal-file-storage.
