Endpoints

Published to GitHub Pages with Content-Type: application/json, permissive CORS, and no rate limit. Prefer these over raw.githubusercontent.com/..., which throttles unauthenticated clients to 60 req/hour.

relays.json also carries top-level monitor (probe cadence + checks, NIP-66 kind 10166) and summary (relay counts per health state).

Data layout: main holds only the curated source (relays.toml), the Rust workspace, and the web/ shell. The health snapshot and generated api/ artefacts are published to the orphan data branch by CI and served by GitHub Pages, keeping the source history free of high-frequency machine commits.
