Added real guidance to the event MVP page: picking a format, finding speakers, building an agenda, venues, promotion and RSVPs, organizer roles, running the day itself, and following up afterward. Some of this is adapted from Python Ghana's docs, credited in the text. I also expanded the conference-organizing page to cover PyCon naming and trademark approval, how to request a pycon.org subdomain, and how PyCon differs from the NumFOCUS-run PyData events.

Add guidance on choosing a format, finding speakers, agenda
structures, venues, promotion and RSVPs, organizer roles, running
the day, and post-event follow-up. Credits Python Ghana docs.
Explain the PSF trademark approval process for PyCon conferences,
how to request a pycon.org subdomain, the distinction between
PyCon and NumFOCUS-run PyData events, and other conference families.
