Can we add a section on https://positron.posit.co/assistant.html on how to disable all AI features to Mine's point about a kill switch. |

I opened posit-dev/positron#14217 to capture this. There isn't a single kill switch currently, so we'll need to itemize the various enablement settings and consider how we might add a kill switch 🕵️ |
