This PR adds Terraform prompt segment as proposed in #270.
I used vagrant colors and a wall (\ufcfc) for the glyph, waiting for FortAwesome/Font-Awesome#9611.
It's an opt-in, use
set -g theme_display_tf_workspace yesto activate.
