This adds an example to test out MAV_CMD_DO_REPOSITION with terrain following enabled. The example is made for SITL to go over a small example ridge. For now, the MAVSDK API doesn't have the API to use terrain following, so we just use MavlinkDirect to actually send the command with the correct frame set.
