This work deals with streamlining teaching of industrial informatics and automation on Secondary Vocational and Technical schools. This work is focused on detailed procedure for the design, constuction and overall implementation of didactic tool, which has a task to aquaint students with TIA Portal and Simatic industrial automats. The solution lies in desging custom automation procedures and simulating real processes on HMI panel. Benefis of this work is, showing the students work in industrial automation and guiding the teacher in teaching this subject.
