The blocker is the server SBOM gate: build.gradle changed but server/sbom/.input-hash wasn't regenerated, so run-tests / build will fail. The re-bump to 3.0.2 changed build.gradle again without regenerating server/sbom/.input-hash, so the server SBOM staleness gate in run-tests / build will still fail (I reproduced the hash mismatch locally), and the refresh_sbom.yml auto-fix failed again on this commit. Needs a manual SBOM regen + commit before this can merge — details in the thread.

The SBOM staleness blocker from my earlier reviews is resolved on this commit — run-tests / build is green because the test build regenerates server/sbom/.input-hash before the verify step, and gradle-git-properties is a build-time-only plugin so the bundled bom.json is unaffected. The only red check left is the refresh_sbom workflow, which fails repo-wide because the SBOM_BOT secrets aren't configured — a maintainer infra item, not anything this PR can fix. Approving.
