Symmetric BackendConfig builders for the two full-process backends, so callers (e.g. the Open-RL park/resume harness) can switch backends by swapping one helper call. Validation mirrors the agent's: at least one PID, positive integers only. Signed-off-by: Edwinhr716 <edandres249@gmail.com>
