TO-BE-CEO is a tool that helps you test and improve your business ideas using artificial intelligence. It acts like a boardroom where your startup idea faces research, debate, scoring, and replanning. The process refines your idea step-by-step so you understand its strengths and weaknesses. You don’t need technical skills or a team of experts to get useful feedback.
Developed with AI agents and decision support systems, TO-BE-CEO combines smart research and simulations to guide your planning. It works on your Windows computer and runs in a simple, user-friendly way.
Topics involved in this project include AI, product planning, Python, and startup validation.

TO-BE-CEO works by guiding you through several steps to test your idea thoroughly. Here’s what it does:
The AI searches relevant information about your startup idea. It looks at market trends, competitor data, and customer interests to build a knowledge base.
Your idea goes through simulated departments, such as Marketing, Sales, and Product. Each department "debates" the idea, raising concerns and suggestions.
A virtual board considers the departments’ feedback, scores the idea's strengths and weaknesses, and provides a summary conclusion.
Based on the feedback, TO-BE-CEO offers suggestions to improve and replan your startup idea. You can apply these changes and run the process again.
- Open the program and enter your startup idea in simple words.
- Click "Start Research" to let the AI gather information.
- Review notes from the virtual departments as they analyze your idea.
- View the board's scoring and comments in the Summary section.
- Explore suggested changes and edit your idea accordingly.
- Repeat the process to refine your business plan.
If you encounter problems, try these solutions:
