You won't be able to update to this version from v1.0.2. You need to go to the settings page of UmaPatcher (the cog wheel icon on the middle at the bottom) and click Export signing key. MAKE SURE YOU REMEMBER ITS FILE NAME AND WHERE YOU PLACED IT.

Uninstall v1.0.2 and install this new version. After installing this new version, click Import signing key from the settings page and find the correct signing key or UmaPatcher.bks file you exported earlier. MAKE SURE IT'S THE CORRECT SIGNING KEY FILE THAT YOU EXPORTED EARLIER.
