docs: fix typos, GLSB -> GSLB, and stale Route53 instructions

Part of #2456 (docs audit for v0.20.0). This PR covers the small correctness fixes; the larger items (tutorials nav sync, registry story, GOVERNANCE term) can follow in separate PRs.

Fixed

• ADOPTERS.md: restore missing leading table pipe; there -> its
• DEPENDENCY.md: fensure -> ensure
• docs/exposing_dns.md: CoreDNS is selected by a label, not an annotation
• docs/local-kuar.md: resolv.conv -> resolv.conf
• docs/admiralty.md: Observer -> Observe; duplicate kind-eu get is now kind-us
• docs/local.md, docs/deploy_azuredns.md, docs/deploy_windowsdns.md: GLSB -> GSLB
• docs/deploy_route53.md: stop telling users to edit .spec.ingress.rules[0].host; the sample Gslb CR references the Ingress via resourceRef, so the FQDN belongs in the Ingress manifest
