docs: add copy button to code blocks
Every command on the docs site had to be selected by hand. This adds a
copy button to each code block, injected client-side so there is no build
step or dependency.
Falls back to execCommand where the async clipboard API is unavailable,
and stays visible on touch devices that have no hover state.
