feat: scaffold Hyperliquid Core transfer planning

Summary

• Added a Hyperliquid Core transfer planning helper for Nexus routes touching hyperevm.
• Captured the staged deposit/withdraw model in docs, including why read precompiles and Core -> EVM calldata are not transfer paths.
• Marked USDC as the clean recipient-aware deposit target via CoreDepositWallet.depositFor; kept HYPE/generic linked assets as user-second-leg or future intent-adapter flows.
