What does this PR do?
Adds in the CLEVR dataset as well as all corresponding tests. Additionally adds in all of the relevant docs, including a custom teaser.

pytest stable_datasets/tests/images/test_clevr.py -v -m large -sThe download is ~18GB so may take a bit.
