Adding a new episode

1. Convert audio to MP3 (128–192 kbps recommended for speech)
2. Name it YYYY-MM-DD-episode-slug.mp3 and place it in the correct season folder
3. Commit and push — the raw URL is then: https://raw.githubusercontent.com/dsfsi/dsfsi-podcast/main/episodes/season-XX/YYYY-MM-DD-slug.mp3
4. Add an episode file in _podcasts/ on dsfsi.github.io with that URL as audio_url
