PR #10334 removed the only guidance for grain-call response streaming with
IAsyncEnumerable<T>, leaving a supported Orleans 10 feature undocumented.Restore it as a focused standalone page with compiled examples for response batching, cancellation, and interruption semantics. Link it from grain development, navigation, and messaging-choice guidance, and distinguish response streaming from the Orleans Streams pub/sub subsystem.
