- Added support for calendar authentication with HTTP basic auth or a bearer token
- Convert the sourceCalendars array into a javascript object, as the array of strings was getting unwieldy
- Add a try/catch around the entire startSync function, so that any unhandled errors can be caught and reported
- Record HTTP errors as well, to include in the error email
It's more likely that someone simply does not have the new version, rather than including the new version with the disable text.
