Summary
Removes dead Woodpecker CI configuration. Woodpecker has been fully decommissioned (zero running containers, no systemd units on rocm-aibox). CI migrated to AWS CodeBuild per
docs/platform-ci-standard.md.The
.woodpecker/directory contained pipeline YAML that is no longer consumed by any CI server.What changed
