From the first of July 2025 the DB Veranstaltungsticket is being replaced by DB Veranstaltungsrabatt, meaning we need to distribute Vouchers to each attendant individually. This plugin does exactly that.
The plugin is already available in upstream nixpkgs. But since we can't update currently (due to the pysaml2 and matrix issues), I opted to just manually copy the package definition over here.
