Resolve frontend dependency update conflicts

Summary

• resolve the remaining conflicting Dependabot frontend update PRs on top of current main
• update Next/React, Tailwind, Resend, and related frontend dependency lockfile entries together
• regenerate the pnpm lockfile with pnpm 10.18.2 after the previous Dependabot lockfile branches diverged

Supersedes:

• Bump the next-ecosystem group in /frontend with 5 updates #199
• Bump the tailwind group in /frontend with 2 updates #200
• Bump resend from 6.12.2 to 6.14.0 in /frontend #202

Validation

• corepack pnpm install --frozen-lockfile
• corepack pnpm lint
• corepack pnpm test
• corepack pnpm build
• git diff --check
