Hi @smcclatchy ! I can see that the workflow update to 0.18.5 is in a duplicated state, due to issues between moving from the old sandpaper 0.16 workflows to the new dockerised workflows in 0.18. I can see you've merged the workflow update PR, but some of the old workflow files remain when they should have been removed (not by you, but by the new workflows). This hasn't happened, so the fix is to carry out the steps below. If you're not comfortable doing this, please let me know and I can assist!

  • Manually edit the sandpaper-version.txt file in .github/workflows in your repo, changing the version from 0.18.5 to 0.18.4
  • Commit this change, and run the "04 Maintain: Update Workflow Files" manually with the default options
  • Merge the new raised PR

(This also looks to be the case with carpentries-incubator/statistical-experimental-design#16 and carpentries-incubator/inference-high-dimensional-data#6)

The good news is that whilst the steps above should be carried out to tidy things up, the new workflows have worked as they should so the cache generation and build have completed successfully! https://github.com/carpentries-incubator/machine-learning-biomedical-science/actions/runs/21650370238/job/62413145712
