CRITICALITY ACCIDENTS: R SCRIPTS

R scripts implementing several methodologies, both frequentist and Bayesian, for dose estimation in criticality accidents using Dicentric Chromosome Assay. In addition to implementing four previously published methods: Bayesian (Brame and Groer 2003), Iterative (IAEA 2011), Analytical (Fornalski 2014; Słonecka et al. 2018) and Quasi-Bayesian (Słonecka et al. 2018), this study introduces two new approaches for dose estimation in mixed neutron–gamma exposure scenarios, here referred to as the ABC (based on Sunnåker et al. 2013) and Multisampling methods.
