This release is primarily to fix a 2.19 issue with the f051 that reduced the maximum rpm.

Low voltage cut off by voltage or cell,
Adjustable ramp speed from 1s to 1/50th of a second
8-144 khz pwm ( not all esc's will work with high pwm frequency )
0-30 timing in 1 degree increments
Disable stick based calibration
PID controls for current limiting
Min duty cycle selectable from 0-25 percent
Eeprom incremented to version 3.
Fix PWM frequency scaling

Important - Auto Timing Advance

Alka added "auto timing advance" - for the sake of testing it, he reused the "use hall sensors" switch.
If you want to try it, enable "use hall sensors" in the configurator.
