Fix stock_info_global_cls after the legacy CLS endpoint /nodeapi/telegraphList started returning 404.
The CLS telegraph page now uses /v1/roll/get_roll_list with web request parameters and a sign value computed as md5(sha1(sorted canonical params)). This change updates the endpoint and keeps the existing output columns unchanged.
Verified:
