Neptune3 Moonraker Integration

Moonraker integration for Home Assistant on Elegoo Neptune 3 example (will work with other printers)

You need to put 'moonraker.yaml' in '/config/packages/' in Home Assistant and add:

homeassistant:
  packages: !include_dir_named packages

to '/config/configuration.yaml' file
