SRFM Quantum Phase14 introduces a basin-coordinate interpretation of persistent topology-only structural memory in adaptive coupling-topology systems.
This phase extends previous SRFM Quantum work on:

- persistent topology-only memory
Phase14 focuses on:

- probabilistic memory-state redistribution
- broad transition-boundary regions
- gradual degradation instead of abrupt collapse
Main findings include:
- structured basin-coordinate memory landscapes
- high basin entropy near perturbation boundaries
- strong topology-only memory regions
- broad metastable transition layers
- absence of sharp collapse-boundary regimes
- gradual erosion rather than binary collapse
The results suggest that persistent topology-only memory behaves as a basin-supported metastable structural phenomenon rather than a sharply protected state.
