Votey Thumbs (Cog)

This cog contains the /voteythumbs, /voteyrachel, /voteytoms and /voteyjimmys commands, along with the voteythumbs context options. Most of these commands are handled by the function common_react, which should be used for new votey commands. If the emotes of the command can't be found, the vote will not go through and an error message will be sent to the the channel in question.
