Related to #218.
This PR introduces a script that downloads the UQ academic calendar and saves it to a file for scraping. Currently working on updating the command.

I think I at least fixed it but it’s impossible for me to pass the test cases (and I haven’t passed static type check) because I changed the structure (such as the Semester namedtuple).

However it seems like the GitHub projects are a bit dead since the maintainers haven’t really responded to my issue/pull requests. I don’t want to nag them though since they’re busy and I’m also starting uni for the first time as well 😭. I’ll just permanently leave this as a draft PR until someone actually wants this implemented :/

The current bot just replies “University isn’t in session on (date)” for all dates because the original link requires authentication (that I don’t even have). That being said though the process was fun and rewarding for me.

I don’t think anyone contributing to a public project should mind contributions, so yes. I’m not actually unhappy though don’t worry. Also, there’s no rush.
