This repository contains algorithms developed by the SPEEDY team submitted to the Second PET Rapid Image reconstruction Challenge.

Algorithms

The three submissions are based on the following algorithms:

• Predconditioned SVRG (branch psv)
• Stochastic Primal-Dual Davis-Yin SPDDY (branch pd1, branch pd2)
