Sets required_approving_review_count to 0 so PRs can be merged once all status checks pass. CODEOWNERS assigns @SAP-samples/fiori-tools-samples-admin as owners — members can merge without a separate reviewer. Co-Authored-By: Claude <noreply@anthropic.com>
