docs: update ignoreCertError to ignoreCertErrors in sslcerts README#177

Replaces deprecated `ignoreCertError` (singular) with `ignoreCertErrors` (plural) per deprecation in @sap/ux-ui5-tooling v1.18.6. Also fixes product name casing (SAP Fiori tools) and link text formatting. Closes #175 Co-Authored-By: Claude <noreply@anthropic.com>
