Bumps the SDK from 5.69.0-SNAPSHOT to the 5.69.0 release and publishes the release notes by promoting CHANGELOG.latest.md into CHANGELOG.md.

Updates release-related metadata and pointers: CocoaPods specs, SystemInfo.frameworkVersion, SampleCat’s SwiftPM dependency minimum version, and docs redirect URLs. Also refreshes the generated RevenueCat-Swift.h used by installation tests to include new network operation types (GetWorkflowOperation, GetAdMobSSVStatusOperation).
