EOL Branch Notice

This PR targets the 15.0 branch, which has reached End of Life (Odoo 15 EOL: October 2024). OCA generally does not accept new module migrations to EOL branches.

As such, this PR will not be reviewed in detail. The effort would be better directed at migrating to a currently supported branch (16.0, 17.0, or 18.0).

Quick observations (for reference if porting forward)

Typo in model description (wizards/hr_utilization_report_wizard.py): _description = "HR Uimesheet Report Wizard field (grouping)" -- should be "Utilization" not "Uimesheet". This typo also propagates to the .pot and .po files.
Unaddressed reviewer feedback: @dreispt's question about Italian translations being cleared remains unanswered. While clearing translations during migration is standard OCA practice (Weblate regenerates them), an explicit response to the reviewer would be courteous.
47 commits: For a migration PR, consider squashing to a cleaner commit history before targeting a supported branch.
