traz de volta o popup Javascript para editar as linhas de fatura, venda e compra com todos detalhes fiscais assim como na 16.0, so que dessa vez extraindo o trigger Javascript para um modulo generico na OCA aqui OCA/web#3522
Não tem hard dependency com o módulo web_list_record_popup, o botão apenas aparece se ele tiver instalado (pode existir o contexto de alguma micro empresa de serviço ou que emite pouquissimas NFE's que não precisa).
