We used 'Patch CTF Estimation', and its outputs worked downstream. Import using 'Patch Motion Correction' outputs didn't crash, but I didn't test the outputs further. Using the outputs of 'Curate Exposures' didn't work, even though it's nominally a set of micrographs.
